Acceptance of Arena Rules

Welcome to Round By Round Play, the premier Combat Sports Arena social casino. By accessing our website, interacting with the Knockout Reels, Title Bout Wheel, or utilizing the Contender Credits (CTC), you enter into a binding agreement with RoundByRound Entertainment Ltd. These Terms of Service constitute the complete 'Rules of the Ring'. Your continued use of the platform signifies your unambiguous acceptance of these rules. If you do not agree with any clause within this document, you must immediately cease utilizing the platform and exit the virtual arena.

These terms are designed to maintain the highest standard of simulated social gameplay. Significant modifications will be communicated via the platform's notification system, but it remains the player's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Eligibility and Age Restrictions (18+)

Participation in the Round By Round Play virtual simulation is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We enforce a robust 'disclaimer-fullscreen-age-gate' to verify compliance before granting access to the primary conversion lobby. By clicking past the age gate, you legally attest that you meet this age requirement. Access by minors is expressly prohibited, and we strongly encourage parents to utilize device-level filtering to prevent underage access.

Furthermore, gameplay is subject to specific geographical limitations, primarily serving the CA geo-region. You must ensure that accessing a free social casino platform is legally permissible within your local jurisdiction. Virtual Currency (Contender Credits) License

The lifeblood of our simulation is the Contender Credit (CTC). They are provided for free as part of your initial purse or earned through gameplay and feature interactions like the 'corner-coach-boost'. CTCs are explicitly licensed to you, the user, on a limited, revocable, non-exclusive basis.

Under no circumstances do Contender Credits have any real-world monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, exchanged, sold, or transferred for real currency, goods, or external services. RoundByRound Entertainment Ltd. retains absolute ownership and control over the virtual economy, reserving the right to adjust balances, alter reward impacts, or reset progression systems without prior notice or liability.

Prohibited Conduct & Cheating

The integrity of the Championship Arena relies on fair, purely human interaction. We strictly prohibit any form of automated gameplay, botting, scripting, or utilization of third-party software intended to manipulate the Random Number Generator or automate the 'spin round' mechanics. Exploiting technical glitches, manipulating the 'auth-rewards-claim-gate', or engaging in coordinated account farming will trigger immediate security protocols.

Moreover, community conduct must remain respectful. Harassment of support staff via the Promoter's Office, attempting to reverse-engineer the 'palette-ruby-carbon' styling assets, or distributing malicious code through platform inputs are grounds for instantaneous banishment from the platform. We champion a safe, competitive, but strictly recreational environment.

Intellectual Property Rights

All visual and structural assets comprising the Round By Round Play platform are the exclusive intellectual property of RoundByRound Entertainment Ltd. This encompasses the 'Futuristic Control Room' style, the specific heavy-bag reel animations, the Title Bout wheel board imagery, the golden championship belt logos, and the underlying code architecture. These assets are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to view and interact with these materials while using the site. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our thematic symbols (e.g., Red Glove, Gold Belt, Silver Whistle) or our proprietary layouts without explicit written permission from the Promoter's Suite administration.

Account Suspension Rules

Operator rights regarding account access are absolute. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict any account—or block access for guest-play users—at any time, for any reason, without liability. Common reasons for suspension include, but are not limited to: violation of the age restrictions, evidence of multi-account fraud, detection of automated scripting, or prolonged periods of inactivity.

In the event of account termination, all accrued Contender Credits, Championship Belts, and progression nodes within the Championship Bracket are permanently forfeited. Because the platform operates purely on a no-real-money basis, there are no refunds, reimbursements, or cash equivalents owed upon termination.

Dispute Resolution Process

Should a disagreement arise regarding gameplay mechanics, virtual balance discrepancies, or policy interpretation, the dispute must first be submitted to our support team via the Contact form. We guarantee a thorough review of session logs and RNG outputs to resolve issues fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, you agree that any subsequent legal dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in a court of general jurisdiction.

Arbitration will take place in Toronto, ON, Canada, operating under local legal frameworks. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in any class-action lawsuit against RoundByRound Entertainment Ltd., emphasizing that disputes are handled strictly on an individual basis.

Limitation of Liability

Round By Round Play is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the platform, the flawless execution of game animations, or the absolute security of the data transmission. As a strictly free-to-play social casino, our liability is fundamentally capped.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoundByRound Entertainment Ltd., its officers, directors, and development partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to access the platform. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop playing and exit the virtual arena.
